Our volunteers are called “Ministry Partners” because we believe we are ALL partners in walking out our individual call to our church, our local community, and beyond.

Serving Opportunities

FAMILY MINISTRIES

Crossroads Kids: Where teams are committed to equipping a new generation to serve Jesus wherever they go. We invite those who are willing to invest in kids from infants to fourth graders. Most opportunities take place on Sunday mornings.

Crossroads Youth: We invite leaders who will equip students to find refuge and transformation in Jesus through authentic community. Weekly gatherings take place Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings, plus various events.

WORSHIP & TECH

Worship at Crossroads is designed to be one aspect of a whole life of worship. This team includes people who sing or play an instrument; run live sound, media, or video; and prepare for communion.

Our team strives to worship in such a manner that both leads the congregation and yet gets out of the way and avoids distracting the congregation from worshiping God.

CONNECTIONS

Connections is focused on providing hospitality and refuge. This team consists of greeters and connectors, who intentionally engage with people to make them feel welcome on Sunday mornings.

This is the arm of the body that commits to pray for the expressed individual requests/needs of our Crossroads family. Many people serve by praying throughout the week, and during services.

ADMIN TEAMS

So many important behind-the-scenes tasks are carried out each week by these teams. These teams tidy up the sanctuary, answer the phones, input data, provide hospitality, support Family Ministries, and more!

CARE TEAM

When someone in our community experiences a major life event, we want to come alongside them with support. This team joins a contact list to assist with providing meals or small gifts, as well as opportunities for one-on-one support through Stephen Ministry.

These teams exist to meet the needs of our local and global communities through school partnerships, missions, and with our partner organizations. Some examples of how people on these teams serve include: create supply kits, serve at special events, short-term mission trips, and serve with local organizations.
